Laura M. Henderson
Laura M. Henderson (BA, LL.B, LL.M, mr., PhD) works as both a practitioner and a scholar in Dutch and international law.
Ms. Henderson has worked for The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights, the Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law, Clifford Chance, and as a lecturer on international law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and international and European human rights law at Utrecht University. She currently works at the Utrecht University Centre for Global Challenges.
Ms. Henderson has worked on cases before the Dutch Equal Treatment Commission, Dutch administrative bodies and courts and the European Court of Human Rights.
In addition to her legal practice and teaching, Laura Henderson completed her doctoral research on the law, judicial reasoning and the media during situations of perceived emergency at the Vrije University in Amsterdam. She publishes on European human rights and on the influence of actors such as the media and the executive on judicial decision making.
Ms. Henderson is a native speaker of both English and Dutch and is available for translation of legal documents.

Robert M. Weaver (BA, LL.M, Esq, J.D.) is an American licensed lawyer who specializes on issues of international, European and American law.
Since the beginning of Weaver & Henderson in 2010, Mr. Weaver has been the managing partner of the firm.
Simultaneously Mr. Weaver has lectured at the University of Amsterdam, the Vrije Universiteit and Utrecht University and publishes on a wide variety of issues, ranging from federalism to American family law. Mr. Weaver is currently a lecture at the PPLE College at the University of Amsterdam. Previously, Mr. Weaver worked at the Federal District Court of Kansas, USA.
Robert Weaver has worked on cases regarding European Union law, international private law and the European Convention of Human Rights before Dutch administrative bodies and courts, Dutch civil court, the Dutch Hoge Raad (Supreme Court), and American state jurisdictions.
Mr. Weaver is a native speaker of English and is an advanced user of Dutch.
